This month at Ethos we're celebrating four years in business! January 2008 was our first complete month of operations, and we've come a long way since then! While we've had all the challenges the restaurant business is known for - long working hours, unpredictable sales patterns, and equipment that seems to only break on the weekend - we are thrilled at the successes we've enjoyed: numerous awards, countless positive guest experiences, and, of course, a reputation for delicious vegan food!
Thank you to our staff and all of our guests for your support of our restaurant - we couldn't be here without you! To celebrate, we'll be offering free Ethos birthday cookies to all guests on Saturday, January 21st. We hope you can make it!
We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for January: Erin Davis has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and Lucy Cheung has won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing. 5% Day Beneficiary: CJ Acres Animal Rescue Farm
CJ Acres Animal Rescue Farm is our January 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, January 14th, and we'll donate 5% of your check to this cause. CJ Acres is a non-profit,all-volunteer organization that exists to rescue, rehabilitate, and reintroduce in-need animals, while promoting compassionate animal care to the community. Their sanctuary is home to horses, goats, feral cats, chickens, pigs, and ducks.
