Summer is here! When it's so hot and humid, your favorite hot foods may not seem very appetizing. To beat the heat, try one of our cold sandwiches:
•The Hippie Wrap consists of our housemade hummus with sprouts, cucumbers, banana peppers, tomato, and lettuce. Try it on ciabatta bread if you're extra hungry!
•Our Coconut Curry Wrap is made with grilled tofu coated in curried veganaise, and tossed with celery, raisins, walnuts, coconut, and mixed greens, and wrapped in a spinach tortilla.
Opt for fresh fruit or our southern-style cole slaw as your side with either sandwich, and you've got a satisfying summer meal that will fill you up without heating you up!

Orlando Circle of Friends Chorus is our July 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, July 16th, and we'll donate 5% of your check to this cause. The mission of Orlando Circle of Friends Chorus is to reach out and inspire the community by touching hearts and minds through music and charitable deeds. They use their musical talents to raise monies for charitable causes around Central Florida.

VBBQ!!
Barbecue is an American summer tradition - why should vegans be left out? Join our monthly Vegan BBQ (or VBBQ!) from 2pm to 6pm the last Saturday of each month from May through September. Each month we'll feature a different barbecue special, complete with all the fixin's. Our July VBBQ will be Saturday, July 30th, 2pm-6pm. Stop by to see what's cookin'! Plus, enjoy a special $3 price on bottled beers.
