Season's Greetings! We've decorated the restaurant, added some Christmas music, and our first batches of holiday cookies are in the bakery case - it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas here at Ethos!

Holiday Specials. Now through Christmas, we have a number of special holiday items available for you to enjoy! We'll be rotating through an assortment of special holiday cookies in the bakery case, including Cranberry Spice cookies, Bourbon-Soaked Pecan Sandies, Holiday Drops, and Gingerbread People. Our seasonal Brandy Ginger Cake goes great with a cup of hot coffee, and, of course, Chocolate Peppermint Mousse will make an appearance as well !
Holiday Plate. Wednesday, December 22nd through Friday, December 24th, we invite you to enjoy our delicious Holiday Plate special: oven-roasted Tofurkey and Stuffing, served with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Vegetables, and Stewed Apples.
Take-Away Holiday Feast. Don't forget to pre-order your Take-Away Holiday Feast - the deadline is 10pm on Monday, December 20th, to guarantee availability for your Christmas table! Cookies: Our handmade vegan cookies make a great gift - choose just one, or mix and match! You can "wrap" them in an old-fashioned tin, or simply dress the box with a bow. Choose from our daily selection, or, if you have your eye set on a specific flavor, you may special order the variety and quantity of cookie you want. (Advance order required.)

Ethos Hoodies: We have logo hooded sweatshirts as a special treat for the holidays! Our logo hoodies feature a full-zip front, and the logo is printed locally by discharge with water-based colors. Sizes XS-XL, $30 each.
