Kelly has been finding fun ways to prepare the new Gardein faux chicken we told you about in May. In June, we introduced a few new menu items, including Chickun Marsala and the Crispy Chickun Salad. We also added the Buffalo Chickun Wrap as the new Thursday lunch special. Be sure to give these new items a try on your next visit!
Our July calendar has a lot of fun events, including 4th Fest this weekend, a Greek Mythologist Art Show, VBBQ, and, of course, Taco-Waco Wednesdays all month long! More info on all of these events is below. Also, our Seabird Supply Drive is still going strong. To participate simply drop your items in our collection box.
We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for July: Jane Patton has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and Jeffrey Tekulsky has won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing. July Freecycle
Join our July freecycle on Saturday, July 3rd, from 2pm to 6pm. Bring any unwanted items you'd like to freecycle! Please limit yourself to items that are easily portable, and no furniture, please! Our monthly freecycle is held the first Saturday of each month, and is co-hosted by The Black Manatee Collective.

Visit Ethos at 4th Fest 2010
After enjoying Sunday Brunch at Ethos on Sunday, July 4th, head across the street to Gaston Edwards Park to experience 4th Fest from 2pm to 9pm! The event features 25 bands on two stages, including performances by Happy Valley, 1991, Howlies, Mumpsy and more! In addition to cold Narragansett and Laughing Skull beer, the event will also have a variety of food, including vegan food at our Ethos food booth and vegan donuts by The Fat Vegan. Admission is $5, and tickets can be purchased online or in person here at Ethos or at Park Ave CDs.

July's Charity: Animal Welfare Alliance of Central Florida
Our July charity is the Animal Welfare Alliance of Central Florida (AWACF), a non-profit whose mission is to end euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals. To have 10% of your Ethos check donated to AWACF, simply print the 10% Day Flyer and present it on Thursday, July 15th when placing your order.

Post*Records Presents: Greek Mythologist Art Opening
Join us for Post*Records Presents: Greek Mythologist Art Opening on Saturday, July 17th, 2010, from 7pm-9pm. Part CD-release party, and part art opening, the evening will showcase Jeff of Mumpsy's Greek Mythologist experimental folk side project. That evening 20 framed photographs by Chris Garcia will go on display, and we'll be screening all 13 Greek Mythologist music videos on the patio. Plus, enjoy $3 beers from 6pm to close! The photography will remain on display through the end of July.

Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary Supply Drive
Please consider donating something to our seabird supply drive to help seabirds affected by the Horizon Oil Leak. We are collecting the following supplies to benefit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary in Indian Shores, Florida, near Clearwater Beach:

VBBQ!!
Join our VBBQ the last Saturday of each month now through September! Each month we'll feature a different barbecue special, complete with all the fixin's. July's VBBQ will be held Saturday, July 31st, 2pm-6pm.
