Spring is here! Spring is a time of renewal, and we're excited to bring back some of our warm weather favorites.
•Our monthly VBBQ (vegan barbecue) will warm up in April with a special BBQ menu at our food booth at Central Florida Earth Day before the first full VBBQ returns to the restaurant on May 29th.
•Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner, and by popular request, Taco-Waco Wednesday will be returning to the calendar in May.
•To make way for the return of these events, Pierogi Night will go on hiatus for the summer, so be sure to get your fill of pierogies at our last Pierogi Night on April 27th. Pierogies will return in September 2010!
We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for April: Liz Carpenter has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and Irene Zabytko has won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing. Congratulations to both, and thank you to all for your continued support of our establishment. (*Drawing rules are available online.)

April's charity is the Sierra Club of Central Florida. Founded by conservationist John Muir in 1892, the Sierra Club's mission is to promote and protect the wild places of the earth through education, direct action, and legislation. Sunday Brunch with Laura Meyer
Musician Laura Meyer will be performing folk-rock originals on our patio from 11am to 2pm on Sunday, April 25th. Laura is touring to promote her latest release, Miles From Nowhere.

Pierogies!
Pierogi Night will start at 6pm on Tuesday, April 27th; choose between four or six handmade pierogi and add a vegan Kielbasa for +$2.50, or sour cream for +50¢. We'll also be featuring $3 bottles of Orlando Brewing beer. This will be the last Pierogi Night until September 2010, so make sure to get your fill of pierogies in April!

Gardein Coming to Ethos!
We're pleased to report an overwhelmingly positive guest response to our testing of Gardein's new faux chicken products! Our "chickun" specials have been a big hit, and Chef Kelly is busy inventing ways to showcase this new product. You can expect new items using Gardein to hit our menu in May!
