This year, celebrate Valentine's Day at Ethos!
Join us for Valentine's Dinner on Saturday, February 13th, for special Valentine's dinner and dessert specials, plus live jazz with Central Florida Jazz Collective on the patio from 7pm to 9pm. Or, bring your Valentine to our Valentine's Day Brunch on Sunday; our special will be Chocolate Pancakes, and DJ Stranger will be on the patio.
As usual, reservations are not accepted; all seating is first come first serve. Happy Valentine's Day!
We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for February: Melisa Hockett has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and Karen Velez has won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing. We're Open on Presidents' Day

Pierogies!
Pierogi Night will start at 6pm on Tuesday, February 23rd; choose between four or six handmade pierogi and add a vegan Kielbasa for +$2.50, or sour cream for +50¢.

February's Charity: Health Care for the Homeless
February's charity is the Health Care Center for the Homeless, a local non-profit dedicated to providing quality health care to Orlando's homeless and indigent population. The 10% Day to benefit HCCH was held on February 4th.
