Valentine's Day is this Saturday, February 14th! Whether you're bringing your Valentine or going stag, you're welcome to join us at Ethos, where DJ SPS will be setting the mood on the patio from 6pm to 9pm. Plus, we'll be featuring a special Chocolate Lover's dessert for two.

We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for February: Lorrie Bishop has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and Andrew Chubb has won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing. Beer & Pizza Night •You may have noticed recently that we've switched to Laina's housemade pizza dough. Well, Kelly couldn't resist the temptation to toss an 18" pie. Starting February 19th, we're pleased to introduce Beer & Pizza Night every Thursday from 6pm to close, where you can enjoy our delicious pizza By The Slice, ($3 for a cheese slice, plus 25¢ per topping) and $3 Drafts of cold, organic beer! •Our February charity is WPRK 91.5FM, Orlando's community-run non-profit FM radio station. The playlists are created by volunteer DJs, which lends both variety and a local focus to the overall programming. To have 10% of your Ethos check donated to WPRK, simply print the Event Flyer (.pdf) and present it on Saturday, February 21st when placing your order.

•Everybody loved our Birthday Party in January, and after speaking with many of you, we determined it was the combination of barbecue, beer, and music that made everybody so happy. So, starting Saturday, February 28th, we'll be kicking off a new monthly event: VBBQ! An acronym for Vegan Barbecue, each month we'll fire up the grill for BBQ specials, and feature live music and $2 Drafts on the patio. Unlike our Birthday Party, VBBQ will happen in the afternoon, from 2pm to 6pm. February's VBBQ will be hosted by Rubox, and feature the music of Mikala Banham; Jubilee; Rebbekah Joy; Tito Mendoza; Arty; and Haelo. Hope to see you there! »View Event Flyer

VBBQ •Join our March Freecycle on Saturday, March 7th, from 2pm to 6pm. Bring any unwanted plants, clippings, pots, or gardening tools for freecycling on the patio! This freecycle will be co-hosted by Simple Living Institute, and volunteers will be on hand to help you identify and learn how to care for your newly adopted plant. »View Flyer
