Happy Rainy Tuesday! With all the school, municipal, and business closings, it's the equivalent of a Florida Snow Day! Ethos will be open today, but with limited hours, from 11am to 3pm. Tomorrow we'll return to our normal hours, 11am to 10pm.

WESH-2 News/CW-18 2008 A-List Winners Announced!
Wow! Ethos won first place in the WESH-2 News/CW-18 2008 A-List category for Best Healthy Lunch! With TS Fay taking center stage, we're not sure if WESH-2 will announce the winners on TV, so let us know if you see our logo emblazoned across your screen!
Orlando Sentinel 101 Best Voting Begins
Voting in the Orlando Sentinel's "101 Best" is now underway. Vote now for your favorite local independents across 101 dining, shopping and entertainment categories. Suggestions for Ethos votes include "Best New Restaurant," "Best Vegetarian," and "Best Brunch." Voting ends August 31st.
VegNews Magazine 2008 Veggie Awards
Voting for VegNews Magazine's 2008 Veggie Awards is also now underway - help put Orlando on the vegetarian map by voting Ethos for Best Vegan/Vegetarian Restaurant in the USA! Note: as we are a new restaurant, you will have to write us in at the bottom of the list. Voting ends August 31st, and all voters have a chance to win a trip to NYC!
Next Freecycle: Plants & Gardening
The next Ethos Freecycle will be held Saturday, September 6th, from 2pm-6pm on the patio. The theme is Plants & Gardening Stuff: bring your unwanted plants, clippings, seeds, pots, garden tools, etc. for freecycling on the patio. This Freecycle is co-sponsored by Simple Living Institute - SLI volunteers will be onsite to help freecyclers identify and learn to care for their newfound plants. »View Event Flyer
