We will be open tomorrow for Independence Day during our normal operating hours, 11am-10pm. Come on in and try our Fourth of July special: vegan Kielbasa with fried onions and peppers, corn on the cob, and watermelon. Get it while it lasts! And, while you're in, try a Guayaki Bottled Yerba Mate. We've added this item to our permanent beverage selection after a successful test run in June.

And, speaking of new items, Kelly and I are currently putting the final touches on Ethos Party Platters. We plan to officially roll out the platters later this month, but, to you, our loyal subscribers, we say: you can get them now! Just contact us directly to coordinate purchase until we have our ordering process finalized. We'll be offering three platters: Healthy Trio Platter, Hippie Wrap Platter, and Raw Veggie Platter (which includes our delicious raw dressings for dipping).

And, last but not least, the gift certificate winners for the month of July: Misti Greene has won the new subscriber drawing, and Mark from IndyWing has won the existing subscriber drawing. Congratulations to both, and thank you to everybody for your continued support of our establishment.
