If you've been in the restaurant recently, you may have noticed the goldfish bowl set up on the service counter to collect new subscribers to our email list. The more shrewd amongst you may have read the sign and thought, "Hey! I didn't get a chance to win a $25 gift certificate when I subscribed!" Well, we wanted to let our existing subscribers know that we also introduced a program to reward an existing subscriber with a $10 gift certificate each and every month!

Each month we will announce the new subscriber and existing subscriber winners in our monthly e-newsletter. Winners will also be notified by individual direct email, and must claim their gift certificate by the end of the month. And, you can't win more than once every twelve months.

So, without further ado, I am pleased to announce the following winners for the month of May: Morgan Fishback has won the new subscriber drawing, and Brent DeShazo has won the existing subscriber drawing. Congratulations to both, and thank you to everybody for your continued support of our establishment.

» Mothers Day Brunch. This year, Mothers Day falls on Sunday, May 11th. Treat your Mom to our leisurely and delicious Ethos brunch! As a special treat, we will be giving all Moms a free Mother's Day cookie cutout (subject to availability.)

» Monday, Monday. Starting Monday, May 19th, 2008, Ethos will begin opening on Mondays. Monday hours will be the same as other days, 11am to 10pm. Use the coupon below to get a special discount!

Focused on creating opportunities for sustainable living in Central Florida, this 501(c)3 non-profit holds educational workshops, conducts research, and focuses on community outreach.
