Happy New Year!
We are thrilled to be open, and our preview opening is going great! Thank you to all who have come out to support our new business, and thank you for your continued patience while we experiment with preparation of our menu items, figure out our cash registers and finalize our operating procedures.
We are looking forward to our Grand Opening Celebration, scheduled for Saturday, January 12th, 2008, and hope you will be able to join us! We will be kicking off our official opening with live music, an informal art show and, best of all, delicious vegan food!
