November 9, 2007 Welcome to the first issue of our monthly newsletter! We have spent the last few months getting ready to open, and while we're a little behind, we are excited to anticipate a mid-December opening. We will announce our soft opening date on our website and to our newsletter subscribers towards the end of November. 
Now Hiring! Ethos Vegan Kitchen is now accepting applications as we assemble our opening staff. Positions available include: Service Cashier, Cook, and Baker.
