Trying to classify our restaurant for marketing material has been quite a challenge. We finally came up with this phrase: offering traditional and intercontinental vegan fare. We chose "traditional" for the home-cooked, hearty, and comfort/soul food menu items, and "intercontinental" for the modern updates of American and Old World favorites, whether hearty or light. Regardless of what you call it, we hope you will find our menu satisfies both the hungry and health-conscious alike.
Rather than having a large menu with lots of items, Ethos features a small menu that changes often. Each menu category features some dishes that are available all of the time, while the rest of the dishes are available intermittently. This allows us to make optimal use of seasonal fruits and vegetables, maintain menu flexibility, and provide both variety and freshness to the menu.
