We are located just north of downtown Orlando on North Orange Avenue at beautiful Lake Ivanhoe, just south of the intersection of N Orange Avenue and Virginia Drive. (See a map of our location below.) Gaston Edwards Park and Lake Ivanhoe are just across the street, and we encourage you to take a stroll in the park before or after your meal.

Our section of Orange Avenue is also known as "Ivanhoe Row" or "Antique Row," and there are a number of antique shops, modern boutiques, and independent eateries nearby. Also in our neighborhood is the historic Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts and Theatre Downtown.

We are located on the bottom floor of our two-story circa 1925 building. Our sign hangs from a prong at the first-story level. Our indoor dining room seats approximately 45 guests, and our outdoor patio seats approximately 35 guests. Free WiFi is available throughout our indoor dining room. Our entire facility is wheelchair accessible.

Monday through Saturday: 11am to 10pm, and,
Sunday: 10am-3pm*. (*On Sundays, we feature a special brunch-only menu.)

With easy access to I-4 via the Lake Ivanhoe or Princeton exits, and close proximity to both downtown Orlando and College Park, we hope you will find our restaurant easy to locate.

We are located on the east side of Orange Avenue (opposite Lake Ivanhoe), between Virginia Drive and Alden Road. We are on the first floor of a two-story building with a black awning with a red stripe.

While we do not have our own private parking lot, there is plenty of parking available nearby! Please refer to the parking map below as you read the following information.

Wherever you park, please remember to beware of trains and cars while crossing pavement as a pedestrian. The railroad tracks in this area are live, and receive frequent use.

Map #1: Two-Hour Street Parking

Free on-street parking (map #1) is available on the northbound side of Orange Avenue directly in front of our building. While unmetered, street parking on Orange is limited to two hours from Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm. Additional on-street parking is available on Orange Avenue just north of Virginia. Tip: If you don't like parallel parking, try Map #2, below!

Map #2: Two-Hour Parking Lot

Free public parking is also available in the Gaston Edwards Park lot (map #2). The entrance to this lot is off Orange Avenue near the intersection of Highland Drive. This lot is marked with a standard green on white "Public Parking" sign. Public parking in this lot is also restricted to two hours. Tip: If you are headed southbound on Orange (away from Princeton and towards Downtown), this is the best place to park!

Map #3: Longer-Term Parking

There is unrestricted on-street parking on both Alden Road (map #3) and Brookhaven Drive (map #3), near the intersection of Virginia Drive and Alden Road. Street parking here is free and there is no daytime hour restriction.

Four-hour on-street parking is available on Lake Highland Drive (map #3). Parking here becomes unrestricted after 1pm.

Map #4: Disabled Parking

Disabled parking (map #4) is available in the small parking lot adjacent to our building. More information is available here: »Disabled Parking and Access (.pdf).

Please do not park in the parking spots in this lot (#4) that are marked "reserved": those spots are reserved for our neighboring businesses and their guests. However, parking in the spaces marked "Ethos" or the unmarked spaces is fine!

no parking Where Not To Park... Do not park in private parking lots adjacent to neighboring businesses. Many of these parking lots are closely monitored by their owners, and have signs announcing their intent to tow unrecognized vehicles. Examples include: parking at Swanson's Ivanhoe Row, Harmon's Photo, or Brian's.
